The SHEARFORCE lightweight steel gantry, designed and manufactured in the UK, gives utilities providers a robust lifting solution with a safe operating limit of 3000 kg. The intuitive, user-centric design of our gantry facilitates safe movement and rapid installation, even in confined spaces. For enhanced mobility, the gantry features a rotating base with a 35° offset, and swivel wheels, and a flat base that eliminates point loadings.
ALUMINIUM GANTRIES
Our portable aluminium gantry provides a flexible lifting platform for a variety of applications, with a maximum safe working limit of 3000 kg. Each side of the gantry weighs 52 kg making the equipment safe to transport, handle, and assemble by a team of two operators. The aluminium gantry is also suitable for tight and uneven spaces, with a rotating base and a design that distributes ground bearing pressure over 8 points for greater stability.Steel and aluminium gantries are ideal for the utilities industry due to their robust construction and anticorrosion properties. Both our aluminium and steel gantries extend from 1.6 to 2.8 m under the beam, making them suitable for a variety of lifting operations.
